Click “login”, afterwards click the text link “forgot your password”. Enter you email address and you'll receive a new password in your mailbox.

The best thing to do before using your new password is refreshing the webshop (if it's still open in your webbrower). Otherwise, it's possible that the webshop “thinks” your previous password is still valid and you'll get an error message.

Take note that after 5 wrong password entries, you won't be able to login for 60 minutes.

No, you do need a WTG account to place an order. You’ll see - it’s a piece of cake and you won’t have to fill in your details every time you shop with us. 

Just click on “Create account” in our top menu and follow the easy steps.

No, it’s not possible to reserve articles. They will stay available for all webshop visitors, even if you have added them to your wishlist or to your shopping cart.

If you’re not completely satisfied, it’s no problem to send us back (a part of ) your order.

A few conditions should be kept in mind, though. Please double check if your articles are certainly qualified for return:
- You can return your order within 15 days after receipt of your package
- All articles should be clean, undamaged and unworn (except for fitting). All labels should still be attached.
- The articles should be in their original packaging.

Whoops, we accidentally sent you an article in the wrong size or colour? Sorry about that. The best thing to do is to return the article and check on our webshop if the article is still available. If so, we recommend you to directly order the article.

It’s not possible to ask a replacing article by using the return form. We can’t place an order for you, or replace your articles. 

Follow the steps to confirm your order. You will have the possibility to enter your voucher code on the page where you mark your preferred payment method, or on the last page where you’ll submit your order. Your discount will be calculated automatically.

Of course, you can change your information at any time. When you’re logged in, go to your account overview. Here you have the chance to check your current settings, as well as the opportunity to make changes if necessary.

Yes. You have absolute security and don’t need to provide your credit card details to the seller. Payment and money receipt is facilitated in a safe, quick and easy way, both nationally and internationally. Registering an account, making a payment or sending money in PayPal is always free.

Please let us know as early as possible if you no longer want your order. Once your order has been planned for picking and delivery it is very difficult to cancel your order, so the more notice we have the better.

It’s possible that this email has been blocked by the SPAM filter of your email client. The best thing to do is to double check your SPAM settings and change them if necessary. If you still can’t find the order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Yes, your order can be delivered on another address than your invoice address.
Please note that after you have confirmed your order, you can’t change your delivery address anymore. Our customer service can’t do this for you, either.
