How do I return my order?
Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can send us back your order seamlessly, but a few conditions should be kept in mind. Please double check if your articles are certainly qualified for return:
- You can return your order within 15 days after receipt of your package.
- All articles should be clean, undamaged and unworn (except for fitting). All labels should still be attached.
- The articles should be in their original packaging.
- Belgian customers can return their goods for free.
- For all other countries transport costs are will have to be paid by the customer.
- Please note that shipping costs won't be refunded.
1a. I have a customer account
Log into your customer account and click on “return articles”, or “return articles from this order”. Please note this will only be possible within 15 days after receipt of your order.
Choose the items you would like to send back. Printing the papers is no longer necessary. (Think of the environment ;-))
If there would be a technical issue preventing you from activating the returns, you can ignore this step and just sent us the items.
Just make sure we can always find your name and order number inside your package! Otherwise we don't know to who the package belongs and no refund can be made.
1b. I have a guest account
You can just return the items without activating them online. Just make sure we can find your name and order number again inside the package.
2. Pack the box
Fill the delivery box/bag with the articles you want to return. If you are a Belgian customer, stick the return label that you have received with your order on top of the parcel. (If you didn't receive it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org) Make sure to cover the original delivery label if you are reusing the Who's That Girl package.
3. Return it
Head to the nearest post office and deliver your parcel. Don't forget to ask a proof of receipt. Send your parcel to:

4. Get your refund
Once we have received your returned items, we will double check and immediately process your refund.
Please not that this can take up to two weeks.
